How is  the app working ?

How the Application Works

Getting started with our product is a breeze, thanks to our well-structured and comprehensive onboarding process.

Our application is designed to provide a personalized, science-based nutritional assessment for your horse. We start by calculating your horse’s nutritional needs using data derived from scientific literature. These needs are then adapted according to key parameters such as sex, age, weight, and body condition score to ensure accuracy for your individual horse.

Next, we analyze the components of your horse’s current diet — including hay, grass, concentrates, and supplements — to check whether they meet your horse’s nutritional requirements. The app ensures nothing exceeds safe limits, including calcium/phosphorus balance, iron, starch, maximum meal volume, and also confirms the minimum required hay intake.

After this assessment, you receive an overview of your horse’s current status. From there, you can request an optimized ration based on our available product list. Don’t see your concentrate or vitamin supplement? Contact us to add it to the list. If you have a hay analysis, you reach out and we will add it. If not, we will use regional hay analyses from your location to provide the closest possible estimate.

The result is a fully tailored, flexible feeding plan that ensures your horse gets exactly what it needs for health, performance, and well-being — all based on science, adapted to your horse, and easy to implement day to day.

Documentation

Hay

The main source of fiber and energy in a horse’s diet. It supports digestion, gut health, and steady energy. Hay quality and type determine nutrient levels and must be balanced with other feeds.

Analysis

Grass

Provides natural, digestible nutrients and promotes healthy grazing behavior. Pasture contributes energy, protein, and vitamins but should be monitored to prevent excess intake or imbalances.

Analysis

Concentrate

Adds energy and nutrients when forage isn’t enough, especially for active or growing horses. Must be carefully balanced with hay and grass to avoid digestive or metabolic issues.

Supplement

Used to correct specific deficiencies or support health needs. Added only after the main diet is balanced to ensure accuracy and prevent nutrient overlap.
